OK, so they make you sneeze, but you can take that as a sign, too. The smell of fresh-cut grass & little pollen thingies floating in the air remind you it's time to do a bit of refocusing.
Don't
freak
out!
After months of enduring a litany of educational experiences (a.k.a. learning), you're simply eager for summer to begin. You're physically and mentally in need of a reboot!
Let's see. . .
You're probably dragging, aren't you? Moving kind of slow? Uh-huh. I hear you.
Want to know how to fix it? One word: Mindfulness.
Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. ~NOW~
Instead of thinking about what happened to you yesterday, or worrying about what's going to happen to you tomorrow. . .
Don't overthink that stuff; focus on what's happening in the present BE HERE.
That's when you can refocus, enjoy what's going on, and celebrate our last days and (very few) weeks together.
